General Company Policies and Procedures

1.Introduction
Event Technology is a premiere service provider in the digital communication industry. ET provides high-tech solutions – consultation, equipment, and creative – for those who want to communicate successfully, efficiently, and creatively.

2.Terms of Service
From initial concept to design to implementation, each project receives a cost estimate, statement of work, and contract.

3.Equipment and Labor
Clients are responsible and financially obligated for lost, stolen, or damaged equipment. ET will be reimbursed for damaged equipment and is indemnified from false accusations of services/equipment not delivered on-time, in working order, etc.

4.Other Liabilities
Change orders, last minute requests, or other occurrences that exceed the Statement of Work and Contract will be billed at market rates.

5.Payment
Payment terms are determined by contract. Payment not received in full incurs additional fines, including processing fees. Late payments may be referred to a collection agency.
